Nucleus' profit before tax reached £61.5m in 2025, an increase from £50.3m the year prior, its annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 has shown.
The advice platform attributed its 22% profit rise to reduced exceptional costs relating to its transformation, legal and M&A activity, and share based payments, compared to 2024. Revenue for Nucleus was £225.2m, up 3.5% from £217.5m in 2024. It said that revenue benefited from the "scale, stability and Increased diversity of the group's operations". Adjusted profit, or earnings before interest, taх, depreciation and amortisation, also increased for the platform in 2025, reaching £105.2m from £102m in 2024.
