Estate planning is a huge business opportunity for advisers, according to Buckingham Gate Chartered Financial Planners managing director Matthew Smith.

Speaking at the Personal Finance Society's Future Vision 2024: Adapting to Tomorrow's Adviser Landscape event today (17 January), Smith explored the importance of estate planning, and the opportunities it brings to the advice industry. Smith said it is "now or never" for estate planning because of the current threats to the industry which, when you look a bit deeper, present as opportunities for the advice industry.
