Private equity-backed Cooper Parry Wealth acquires Chamberlyns

CPW completes fifth deal in 2023 after private equity-backing

Private equity-backed Cooper Parry Wealth (CPW) has acquired Chartered financial planning firm Chamberlyns in its latest deal.

The additional brings total assets under management to £1.3bn and total staff members of 70. It followed its buyout of London-based financial planner Future Perfect in April. The Chamberlyns' deal is the fifth this year. It got backing from Waterland Private Equity in July 2022. Chamberlyns, founded in 1997, is an independent wealth management boutique and both a Chartered and Accredited Financial Planning firm.
