Focus on 'human' side of advice positive for industry

'AI has its advantages but people want to talk to a person'

The majority (84.6%) of industry professionals agree that the increased focus on the “human” side of advice has been “a good thing” for the perception of the industry.

In this week's PA Asks, industry professionals were asked "Do you think the increased focus on the ‘human' side of advice has been a good thing for the perception of the industry?" A total of 5.1% of those surveyed said they do not agree with the statement, whilst 10.3% said they do not know. One respondent who agreed with the prompt, said that whilst artificial intelligence has its advantages, "people want to talk to a person".
