MKC Wealth signs deal to buy fellow acquirer Holborn Financial

Acquired South West London firm has made two deals of its own this year

City of London boutique wealth manager MKC Wealth has acquired Holborn Financial for an undisclosed sum.

Holborn Financial managing director and founder Emyr Blease will join MKC Wealth as a director as part of the deal, focussing on supporting the acquisition of clients of retiring principals of firms. The South West London-based IFA has a team of four financial planners and five support staff. All will join MKC Wealth as part of the deal and will continue to work from their Wimbledon office which will be rebranded.
