Söderberg & Partners makes UK entry with IFA acquisition

The acquisitions mark Söderberg & Partners’ first major UK investments

Swedish-based Söderberg & Partners Group has acquired a majority stake in London-based IFA Timothy James & Partners (TJP) from current owner Waverton Investment Management Group, subject to approval from the Financial Conduct Authority.

Söderberg & Partners has also taken a minority stake in Cambridge-based advice firm Dartington Wealth Management and North London-based Chartered financial planner Atherton York. The acquisitions mark the Nordic wealth manager's first major investments in the UK.
