Merger and acquisition (M&A) specialist The Exit Partnership is launching a new internal exists service.   

The Exit Partnership, a M&A business for financial planning firm owners, has appointed financial planner Dave Robinson to its team to lead the project as head of internal exits. In his new role, Robinson will spearhead guidance and advice to retiring IFAs considering a management buyout (MBO) or the employee ownership trust (EOT) model. Robinson brings over 20 years of financial services and accountancy experience to firm.
