Fast growing businesses are ‘overlooking opportunities’

Having a strong back-office team is vital in order to maximise a team of advisers, according to Continuum.

The national IFA firm said the back-office plays a huge role in the contribution to operational efficiency, client service, and compliance within the financial advisory sector. "Without a great back-office team even the best team of financial advisers can only achieve so much," Continuum warned. The firm criticised fast-growing advice businesses for overlooking the opportunity to build support teams.
