Perspective adds £70m in assets with acquisition of three IFAs

The group has completed nine purchases in 2022 to date

Financial planning firm Perspective has acquired three more IFAs, strengthening the group's Northern presence, whilst bringing its total number of deals up to 54.

The firm's three recent deals bolstered Perspective's offices in Newcastle upon Tyne, Darlington and Dinnington and added 290 households as clients and £70m in assets under management (AUM) to Perspective in total. The first acquisition was of Esk Valley Financial Services in Redcar on a trade and asset basis. Founded by Paul Gatenby in 2002, the firm has 150 households as clients and £30m AUM with a client bank predominantly comprising rural and farming clients stretching from Whitby to Guisborough.
