Radiant Financial Group purchases two Scottish IFA firms

The IFA consolidator, Radiant Financial Group, has entered the Scottish market with the acquisition of two IFAs.

It has acquired Perth-based IFA, GS Financial Services, which has £157m in assets under advisement (AUA), as well as 13 members of staff, including six advisers. Radiant has also acquired Aberdeen-based AMLP Financial Planning, which has £156m in AUA and six members of staff, including two advisers. These acquisitions add over £300m to the group's AUA bringing its total above £1bn, and its staff numbers to 110. Radiant hopes to further expand within Scotland and across the UK, it said.
