First group of Openwork Partnership trainees moves into advice jobs

The Openwork Partnership's initial cohort of graduate trainees has moved into financial advice.

The graduate scheme was launched in January 2021 and has now seen the first group start financial advice roles within the partnership. They are either working as wealth advisers or in head office roles, after spending the past year gaining industry qualifications and supporting the roll-out of the network's CRM system ConcertHub as consultants, according to the firm.
