Evelyn Partners continues East Midlands growth with planner hire

Wealth management and professional services group Evelyn Partners has appointed Nick Parkes as a financial planner in the firm’s Nottingham office as part of its ongoing expansion in the East Midlands.

In this new role, Parkes will be responsible for pensions and inheritance tax planning, specifically with regards to self-invested personal pensions (SIPPs), small self-administered schemes (SSAS) and trust work. Previously, Parkes spent almost six years at Talbot and Muir where he rose from pensions administrator to business development consultant. He then moved to Ryley Wealth Management where he obtained Chartered financial planner status in November 2021.
