Charles Stanley launches online-based hybrid advice service

‘Help more people to get the advice they need’

UK Investment Management Company Charles Stanley has announced the launch of its new hybrid advice solution OneStep, which seeks to bridge the advice gap.

The service offers expert financial guidance that is easy, accessible, and affordable, it said, with a single-charge flat fee that's "in the order of hundreds of pounds not thousands," according to John Porteous, MD of Charley Stanley's central financial services division. It provides clients with access to a structured process including online tools, guides, and time with a financial planner, which begins with a series of online meetings to discuss their goals and challenges, and possible options.
