Clinical regtech provider Comentis has introduced a new dashboard that presents advisers and firms with an overview of vulnerability in their customer base.
The dashboard uses insights collected from vulnerability assessments, carried out through Comentis' Cognitive Assessment Engine (CAE). It sets out the data to help firms identify vulnerable customers more consistently, according to Comentis. Users will be able to see a 360 view of all clients, including who has been identified as potentially vulnerable and why, and what steps should be taken to support these customers, the firm explained.
