Schroders PW partners with The Verve Foundation to attract new advice talent

Schroders Personal Wealth (SPW) has partnered with The Verve Foundation to help encourage new talent to enter the financial planning sector.

SPW will sponsor places on the We Are Change training programme, helping to pay for training, exams and upskilling of those looking to become financial advisers. The not-for-profit initiative, launched in October last year, was designed to give people access to training and education in financial services.  After its launch, We Are Change had received 400 applications in its first two weeks, but only enough donation pledges to support 10 trainees through their financial planning tuition and exams.
