Investment Solutions Wealth Management makes third acquisition

Worthing-based Investment Solutions Wealth Management has acquired Montgo Consulting.

The acquisition of Eastbourne-based Montgo is Investment Solution's third purchase and takes its assets under management to £600m. Full details of the deal were not disclosed.  Montgo managing director, Mike Grant, will be moving into retirement and once the asset deal has been completed, Investment Solutions WM will be recruiting in due course.
