PFS and NextGen team up to provide bootcamps for university students

The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has teamed up with NextGen Planners to deliver bootcamps for university students interested in a financial planning career.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the bootcamps, which were launched by NextGen in 2019, will be held virtually and will start with explanations of the type of careers available within financial planning. Undergraduates will be encouraged to demonstrate the skills they have that would make them ideally suited to become a financial adviser, before being split into groups to explore a dilemma and discuss how to resolve it.
