National advice group Perspective Financial has hired Dan Stokoe, the head of Schroders Personal Wealth for the central and east regions.

Stokoe has joined the consolidator as principal designate of the group's office in Lancashire. Before joining Schroders Personal Wealth, the Lloyds-Schroders tie-up, he spent 30 years with Lloyds Banking Group in senior wealth planning roles.
