Transatlantic consolidator launches adviser training scheme

Financial advice firm consolidator Kingswood has launched its own adviser training scheme targeting second careerists.

Kingswood Academy has already kicked off its first two-year programme and will see four trainee advisers from around the UK take the course with a Diploma in Financial Planning in sight. They are two ex-service personnel, an entrepreneur and a former motoring sector professional. The trainees will have a 13-week rotation shadowing a wealth planner, external and internal training sessions, as well as additional set projects.
