Adviser support service launches Letter of Authority guidance

Intuitive Support Services has launched a Letter of Authority (LoA) guidance database to help advisers more easily when writing to providers.

The report, which is reviewed every two weeks and officially updated every six months, outlines the LoA submission requirements for 70 providers and platforms. These include where to send it to, whether the provider accepts e-documents and details whether the letter expires. Intuitive founding director Debbie Condon told Professional Adviser she hoped the number of providers and platforms they have information on will only increase: "Every administrator will know the pain of the letter of authority process.
