Unbiased changes subscriptions to four-tier service

Existing customers can stay put

Unbiased has revealed it is changing the way advice firms can subscribe to their services with a new four-tier suite of plans.

The firm said the new product suite offered options for firms "both large and small" with "the flexibility needed in rapidly changing circumstances". Existing customers have the option to stay with their current plan or switch to any of the four new ones, while new or returning clients will only be able to choose from the newly-introduced suite of services. The four plans, in Unbiased's words, are: Simple: "A low cost plan for firms looking to build their brand, maintain an active online presence and manage their enquiries better."
