PFS delays graduation ceremony

The Personal Finance Society's (PFS) latest graduation ceremony, due to take place this Friday (17 April), has been moved to October due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The configuration of its latest cohort of graduates reflected evolving gender diversity within the profession. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) figures late last year revealed just 17% of advisers were women, however 135 of the 468 individuals in PFS' latest round of graduates were female, making up 30% of graduates.
