Bucking the trend: Paradigm Norton reveals half of its financial planners are women

Financial planning firm Paradigm Norton has revealed that more than half (57%) of its team members are women.

The firm, which has offices in Bristol, London and Torquay, said 41 out of 71 team members - or partners in employee ownership speak - are female, while half of its financial planners are women. Several of those women have joined Paradigm Norton through its graduate training programme, which sees one trainee each year taken on to join the next generation of financial planners.
