Praemium claims it can predict when clients may terminate adviser relationship

Investment platform Praemium has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) feature to its UK platforms that it claimed can help advisers to predict if their client is thinking about leaving them.

The feature, called Insights, examines clients' recent activity to predict whether they are on the verge of terminating their relationship with their adviser. Praemium said the adviser will be then able to engage with their client at a time when they may most need updated advice.  The application uses data science and technology to analyse client behaviour patterns that may indicate a need for additional guidance.
