FCA recognised among top LGBT-friendly employers

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has been recognised as one of the top 100 lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) friendly places to work.

The FCA was ranked 59th in Stonewall's workplace equality index 2020, an annual audit of lesbian, gay, bi and trans inclusion by employers across workplaces, services and communities. The FCA said it earned its place by demonstrating it was an inclusive place to work, having launched a range of initiatives, programmes and activities led by its LGBT+ network and other FCA teams.
