Group of financial planners launch the Institute of Financial Wellbeing

To help clients become happier

Some 25 faces from the financial planning and advice sector have committed to help launch the Institute of Financial Wellbeing.

The programme, which is not for profit and member-led, is for anyone within the financial services sector who wishes to help their clients become happier, rather than just wealthier. Early sign-ups and familiar faces include The Money Panel founder Catherine Morgan, Henwood Court managing director Nicholas Platt and Yardstick Agency founder Phil Bray. Those helping the institute will research the principles of money and happiness, develop ways in which financial planning and advice firms can use this research in their businesses, and collaborate with other organisations to help spread...
