CISI appoints youngest president in branch history

The CISI has hired its second female and youngest person in the branch's history as president for the Manchester and the North West district branch committee.

Becky Jones (pictured) is the second female and youngest person to be appointed as president of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments' (CISI) Manchester and North West branch in its 21-year history. The 29-year-old will replace Castlefield Investment Partners David Gorman, and has more than five years' experience in the sector working at BNY Mellon, where she started on the operations team before moving to compliance in 2016.
