Schroders Personal Wealth unveils new hires in double appointment

Schroders Personal Wealth has made a double appointment by hiring Jessica Miller as head of proposition and Claire Walsh as head of advice strategy.

Miller has joined from Hargreaves Lansdown where she spent seven years as lead investment proposition manager. Her responsibilities included leadership and implementation of its investment proposition strategy. Chartered financial planner Walsh (pictured), meanwhile, moved across to the new wealth business from parent company Schroders, where she was personal finance director, working across communications, public affairs and business development.
