Love Islander Jordan Hames was once an employee at adviser platform AJ Bell, Professional Adviser can reveal.

Hames (pictured) worked at the firm between 2016 and 2017 as adviser support on the phones in the platform's Manchester office. After working for the company for around a year, Hames left the world of financial services to begin his modelling career. When asked to confirm the story, AJ Bell senior analyst Tom Selby said: "I can confirm the Love Island contestant you mentioned did indeed work at AJ Bell for about a year between 2016 and 2017.
