PFS unveils author Robert Craven as Power Live keynote speaker

Author and The Director's Centre managing director Robert Craven has been revealed as the keynote speaker at the Personal Finance Society's (PFS) Power Live conference 2019.

At the conference, which takes place at the Radisson Blu Edwardian in Manchester on 13 June, Craven will look to explain how financial advisers can boost their profits and will share his insights and strategy for refocusing on the customer and improving client outcomes. Throughout the day, the author will conduct three talks that focus on exceeding customer expectations; marketing 101; and the 'profession of the future'.
