PFS Aspire apprenticeship sees first distinction graduate

The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has seen the first student graduate with a distinction from its Aspire apprenticeship programme.

Declan Healy graduated with the highest honours at 21 years old, completing the diploma in financial planning last month while he worked as a trainee financial adviser with Elevation Group. "I am really grateful for the full and comprehensive support I had during my studies for the CII Diploma in financial planning," he said. "It was great to be able to study while on the job. It meant I could build up real experience and start building my career while gaining qualifications."
