Openwork sees first 2019 cohort of advisers graduate academy

Openwork has held its first graduation ceremony this year, which saw eight advisers graduate from the financial advice network's academy programme.

Openwork said the majority of the new graduates were "career changers" with experience across a broad range of sectors, including education, the armed forces and hospitality. The average age of candidates across its entire academy programme is 29, while 39% of them are women. The candidates graduating have either gained the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and/or the CII certificate in Mortgage Advice.   Openwork appoints Claire Limon head of recruitment and development Openwork said 2019 would see increased investment in its academy, which will underline the network'...
