'Arrogant' celebrity adviser jailed for seven years

Offences included sexual assault

Staffordshire adviser Frank Cochran, who was described by the sentencing judge as "superior and arrogant", has been jailed for seven years for offences including sexual assault.

According to reports, Cochran was found guilty of assault by penetration, using controlling and coercive behaviour and putting a person in fear of violence by harassment at Stafford Crown Court.  He had earlier pleaded guilty to possessing a Taser, bought on holiday in Florida, which his victim said had been used to scar her. Cochran was found not guilty of five counts of rape, two counts of assault by penetration and a further count of sexual assault by touching.
