National IFA LEBC Group has launched a graduate academy for those looking to build a career in financial services.

The LEBC Academy offers candidates ongoing professional development, made up of both technical and practical on-the-job training. Key areas covered will be core technical knowledge; legislation and compliance framework; financial planning capabilities; pension, investment and protection market knowledge; as well as industry systems and practices.  Each candidate will start at entry level client support, going onto experienced client support, trainee paraplanner, paraplanner, trainee financial adviser and finally, Chartered financial adviser, with relevant exams being taken at each sta...
