Unbiased urges members to update qualification records

Unbiased has issued a reminder to its members to check that the qualifications they have listed with the site are up-to-date after a Which? investigation highlighted inaccuracies on the adviser directory.

An email from Unbiased, seen by Professional Adviser, said: "We want to make sure that our millions of consumers can always find the right advisers for them, which means knowing that every adviser's qualifications are accurate and up-to-date. "We know how a firm's credentials can change as people come and go, or gain new qualifications, so updating them regularly is a must.   "Now's the perfect time to make sure that your firm is accurately represented on Unbiased (and also that you're not selling yourself short!).
