Asset managers Burdett and Potter raise £160k for charity

Completed Reliant Robin CASCAID challenge

BMO Global Asset Management's Rob Burdett and Gary Potter have completed their 'Del Boy'-inspired CASCAID challenge, driving a Reliant Robin around the UK and raising more than £160,000 for Cancer Research.

The pair drove from Land's End to John O'Groats over 18 days in a '98 Reliant Robin, made famous by its appearance on TV sitcom Only Fools and Horses. Potter said: "It was a tremendous thing to do and a great achievement. We raised more than £160,000 for Cancer Research UK." They also hit a few bumps along the way however, including a run-in with the police when they stopped to admire the architecture in Sellafield.
