PFS London committee launches networking initiative

Connecting trainees and experienced advisers

The Personal Finance Society's (PFS) London committee has launched a networking initiative aimed at linking up trainees with experienced advisers in the region.

The initiative is centred on a Facebook page - ‘Capital PFS' - and is designed to encourage informal interaction between those studying for qualifications and those working in the industry. PFS said it hoped Capital PFS would also act as a forum for advisers to share best practice and encourage more in the profession to work towards a chartered or fellowship status. Quarterly educational, networking and social events will be made available to advisers offering 60 minutes of continued professional development (CPD).
