Intelliflo has added Hearsay Systems' adviser cloud platform tool to Intelligent Office, which allows advisers to manage their social media and local, search-optimised web presences all on one dashboard.

Hearsay's predictive tools allow advisers to "hear" about clients' key life events and provide a centralised library of "compliant content" which helps advisers to give the right message at the right time. And as social media becomes more integral to people's daily lives, Intelliflo chief operations officer Rob Walton said online social platforms offer a "powerful marketing tool" for advisers, pointing out two-thirds (70%) of UK adults have an online profile and half (50%) of millionaires over 65 use Facebook.
