Ros Altmann warns against auto-enrolment 'complacency' at half-way point

Pensions minister Ros Altmann has warned the industry against complacency over auto-enrolment, as the project reaches its half-way point.

Speaking in a video at Pensions and Benefits UK, the minister said she was "under no illusions" over how much work remained to be done. Altmann said: "With auto-enrolment we have put in place what has been a hugely successful programme with nearly half of the workers in this country having been automatically enrolled and opt-outs very low.
