Sense appoints development manager for expansion push

IFA network Sense has appointed a new development manager to oversee the firm's expansion throughout the coming year.

Philip Bray, a former marketing manager at Investment Sense, joined the network to oversee the recruitment of 20 new IFA firms in 2015. Sense, which was founded in 2007, currently has 80 appointed representatives and an annual turnover of £18.7m, with a pre-tax profit of £647,000. Bray said he is positive about the future position of the firm despite recent industry criticism of the viability of network models altogether.
