Adviser warns companies are running out of time on AE

Companies aren't giving themselves enough time to prepare for auto enrolment (AE), leaving themselves vulnerable to fines and even custodial sentences, according to one adviser.

Corporate Benefits Consulting director Allan Maxwell (pictured) said that companies believe the process is straightforward and not difficult to do, when in actual fact, he said, politicians have made it incredibly complicated.  "The problem is there is so much detail.
