Ex-Scottish Widows director Taylor joins NEST

John Taylor, former intermediaries marketing director at Scottish Widows, joined the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) today.

He has been appointed as NEST's managing director for customer and proposition. He replaces Helen Dean, who has moved to become the pension scheme's managing director, product and operations. Taylor worked at Scottish Widows from 2007 until last year. Before that he was at Standard Life, starting out as an actuary and then covering corporate pensions and the wrap market.
