CII promoting young blood

The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has brought together 28 young insurance professionals to create three New Generation Groups.

Each group is made up of between eight and ten insurance practitioners from the CII’s broking, claims and underwriting faculties, all of whom have been nominated by senior management for significant achievement within their profession. As part of the year-long initiative, the New Generation Groups will expand their professional development and extend their market knowledge by taking part in research-led projects and attending seminars on topics such as regulation, political lobbying and the role of the media.
