Wiltshire Friendly enters big T arena

Wiltshire Friendly Society has contracted Medicals Direct to provide a big T tele interviewing service for its income protection business.

The provider, which was founded in 1887 and has around 6,000 individual and group members, explained it was hoping to make its medical evidence gathering faster and more accurate. It added that systems integration had already taken place without the need for an initial pilot scheme.
