Close supports smaller IFAs with Panacea link-up

Close Asset Management has become a sponsor of PanaceaIFA.com in a bid to reach out to smaller IFAs and widen access to its discretionary investment services.

By linking up with PanaceaIFA.com the firm is looking to build closer relationships with smaller IFAs using the portal, which hosts an online community allowing non networked and directly regulated IFAs access to services usually available to larger players. "We are acutely aware of how smaller IFAs, particularly regionally based, have lacked support in the past and have been overlooked by larger providers," says Close head of wealth management Steven Mendel.
