Succession appoints business development director

IFA consolidation business Succession Advisory Services has hired former Bluefin wealth manager developer Geoff Matthews as business development director.

He will work with practice principals and senior advisers of Succession's member firms to support and develop their transition plans. Geoff joins from Bluefin to whom he and Succession Ian Shipway sold their business Hayward Chambers in 2003, when Bluefin traded as Thinc. "Geoff's industry insight and personal experience of applying a new way of doing business across an entire operation means he is ideally qualified to support our goal of transitioning member businesses to embrace a new operational framework to maximise business value," Succession chief executive Simon Chamberlain say...
