MetLife appoints sales director

MetLife has appointed Adam Dooley as UK sales director, completing its senior management team.

Dooley, former director of distribution for MetLife in Continental Europe, will take over a sales force that has almost doubled in size over the summer period. Dooley takes over from Andy Marks, who became business development director earlier this year, and rounds off the senior management team at MetLife. The MetLife sales force has increased from 23 to 40 during the summer, and the firm is still hiring as part of its efforts to reach more IFA firms.
