Law firm CMS Cameron McKenna is holding a seminar on payment protection insurance, with advice on mitigating risks and handling complaints effectively.

The seminar will be take place on 1 March in London and will explore reasons why the PPI industry is continuing to fall short of the FSA’s expectations. It will provide advice on: How to structure the PPI sales process to mitigate the risks faced by firms in the current regulatory environment; How to handle PPI complaints effectively; How to deal with referrals to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS); How to handle the Competition Commission (CC) process; and How the CC could change the way PPI is sold.
