Novia offers Investec cash deposit facility

Novia is adding a high interest cash deposit facility, provided by Investec Bank, to its wrap platform.

The cash deposit will pay an interest rate of Bank of England base rate plus 0.5% with an underlying guarantee of 3%. This will be fixed for six months from 1 July and will be available through the General Investment Account, SIPP and Group SIPP. Martin Broomfield, head of marketing at Novia, says the cash offering will be highly attractive in the current market. "The cash deposit can provide a temporary home until investors feel ready to move back into the markets," he says.
