Tatton Investment Management builds a deep relationship with advisers where they become business partners rather than just introducers, chief commercial officer Justine Randall says.

Unlike a lot of other model portfolio or investment businesses, Tatton was built to serve the needs of advisers, according to Randall. "We were built specifically to solve problems that advisers had, so starting with the adviser at the heart was the key," she explained. Randall said that Tatton was aware that advisers it knew had a problem in terms of how to manage investments and doing it efficiently in a cost-effective way. She said: "To enable them to unlock their service to enable themselves to focus on planning, they had to realise that running investments wasn't their forte. ...
